You may not operate any file sharing, mass mail or IRC (Internet Relay Chat) software in any LinkUpHost service. This includes, but is not limited to uTorrent, bitTorrent, eMule, Limewire, mIRC. You agree that these services degrade the quality of service to all subscribers and LinkUpHost may immediately and without notice terminate any service which has been identified as running file sharing, mass mail or IRC software.
