I cannot connect to my VPS.

The reason for access problem can be at many points between your home location and VPS. For example the problem can be your home Internet connection and Internet Service Provider.
1. Please use free web sites to check is your VPS up and running. There are many such sites, search for "check port" and test from different locations:
http://www.t1shopper.com/tools/port-scan/ (test from Germany)
http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ (test from USA)
Check and test your IP address and Remote Desktop port.
If your VPS address is:
111.222.333.444:98765
The IP address is
111.222.333.444
and the port number is
98765
You will see IP address is responding on the port number.
That means your Remote Desktop VPS is up and running.
If you still cannot connect:
- please restart your computer;
- call your Internet service provider.

2. A very useful test is if you can try Internet connection from other provider and different device for example a tablet or smartphone and mobile Internet.

3. Please open a new support ticket.
