How to create a recurring payment?

Click on "Subscribe" for PayPal or "Create Automated Recurring Subscription" for 2CheckOut to create a subscription for automatic recurring payments.
Otherwise the invoices have to paid manually month by month with "Check Out" for PayPal or "Make One Off Payment" for 2CheckOut.
"Subscribe" or "Create Automated Recurring Subscription" are not visible if the invoice is overdue.
